Today is Tuesday, which in other words mean that several workshops will take place during the day. Judging from the widespread content there should be something for everyone and even more…
What to check:
RBMA X STRØM: Ableton from Top to BottomMusic Production Workshop with Mike Huckaby and Tony Nwachukwu:
Tony is joined by Detroit stalwart, Mike Huckaby who cut his teeth at Detroit’s legendary Record Time record store and delivered some tasty ‘deeper-than-thou’ House on Harmonie Park and Cross Section records back in the 90′s. History is all-important but the future is now and thus, Tony and Mike dive deep into the sonic possibilities of and in Ableton, sharing their invaluable expertise with you lot.
The ABC of Synthesizers Workshop:
The High End Tentacles crew will make a rundown of the history of many a vintage synthesizer, the people who invented those historic machines and finally how to operate some of these beasts yourself. For this workshop High End Tentacles will provide a vast array of vintage synths, so you can try and test as you desire.
Electrifying Denmark: UNDERGROUND CROSSOVER MASTER CLASS:
This could be the one odd out for some of you, but nonetheless it might prove very useful for the burgeoning /soon-to-be established producer out there. Imagine yourself tasting success rapidly, becoming a part of the international circuit in the span of a year. How to deal with it without losing your sound and integrity? Thomas Madvig, Rune RK and Noir share their own experiences and offer a useful piece of advice.
Electronic Music Service at Trinitatis Night Church:
After all the talks and impressions you might want to soothe the ears and very fittingly the Trinitatis Night Church, located in inner city Copenhagen, from 19:50 – 23:00.offers what is described as ‘playful minimal to shoegazing soundscapes to noisy and manipulated dream rock’.
